2. Educational & Coaching Purpose
All programs and services are designed for educational, coaching and personal-development purposes. They are not financial investment products or investment services.
Participation does not guarantee any specific income, revenue, business growth, financial result or other outcome.
3. Free Clarity Call
The FREE 1:1 Earning Psychology Clarity Call does not involve any payment and therefore no monetary refund is applicable.
If you have booked a call and cannot attend, you may request rescheduling subject to availability.
4. Paid Educational Programs
Unless a specific refund or satisfaction guarantee is clearly mentioned on the relevant sales page or purchase terms, all purchases of paid educational programs, masterclasses, digital products and coaching services are final and non-refundable.
Before making a purchase, please review the program description, inclusions, duration, access details and applicable terms carefully.
5. Digital Products & Course Access
For digital courses, recordings, PDFs, workbooks, audio, video or other educational content where access is provided immediately or shortly after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.
6. Coaching Sessions & Rescheduling
For live coaching sessions, participants are expected to attend at the scheduled time.
Where rescheduling is permitted, an alternative session may be offered subject to availability. Repeated cancellations, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being treated as utilised.
7. No Refund Based on Expected Results
Coaching and education involve individual implementation. Therefore, a participant's failure to achieve a desired income, business, career or personal result does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
No specific income or financial outcome is guaranteed.
8. Program Access & Participation
Program access, session frequency, community access, recordings, workbooks and other deliverables depend on the specific offer purchased.
Once access or a service has been provided, cancellation or refund will be governed by the terms applicable to that particular offer.
9. Exceptional Issues
If you believe there has been an accidental duplicate payment, technical issue affecting paid access, or another genuine transaction-related problem, please contact us with your payment details so that the matter can be reviewed.
